So....How Does It Work?!
The Details

Reservations require a two-hour minimum and a guarantee up to 10 styled hats or a minimum of $500 in products.
We charge $50 non refundable deposit to secure your date.
If any additional fees are required, they will be reviewed before finalizing the event.
If additional hours or product are incurred on-site, our stylists will collect that payment during the event.
To secure reservations, the event deposit and agreement must be paid and completed 48 hours after our events manager sends the invoice and agreement documents.
If you have a specific color/style/theme for your party and would like to have our hat bar cater to that specifically, please connect with us prior to booking. We want this to be the BEST experience possible!
Hat Pricing
Higher End Australian Wool hats $130-$175
Vegan Felt + Straw hats: $45-$140
Trucker hats $26-$35
Please note these prices are for bare non styled hats.

Payment Lowdown
​
Deposit:
Within 48 hours of The Feathered Halo receiving a signed agreement, the customer must pay the deposit. The event is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.
Balance:
The customer shall pay the remaining fee (if applicable), at least seven days prior to the event. If the final payment is not paid at least seven days prior to the event, The Feathered Halo may cancel the agreement, retain the $50 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee and decline to provide our Hat Bar services.
*If additional hours or product are incurred on-site, our stylists will collect that payment during the event.
